Wyndham Rewards is running a 4X points promotion on qualifying stays, capped at 15,000 bonus points for most members and higher for Insiders and certain cardholders. It’s open now, registration is free, and it’s not the first time Wyndham has run a max-15K version of this offer (see our coverage of a nearly identical summer 2024 promotion).
Offer Ends: January 19, 2027 (register and book by January 15, 2027; stays must be completed by January 19, 2027).
Details of the Offer
- Registration required. Register for the promotion, then book direct through Wyndham’s website, app, phone line, or directly with the hotel. Third-party bookings don’t qualify.
- Stay window. Qualifying stays run September 24, 2026 through January 19, 2027.
- The multiplier. Earn 4x points on the base points from each qualifying stay. A stay that would normally earn 2,000 base points earns 8,000 total (2,000 base plus 6,000 promotional bonus).
- Base cap: 15,000 bonus points. That’s the ceiling for most registered members.
- Higher caps for some members. Wyndham Rewards Insiders get an extra 5,000 points after completing one two-night stay or two one-night stays, for a 20,000-point max. Wyndham Rewards Earner Premier cardmembers get an extra 10,000 points, for a 25,000-point max. Other eligible cardholders and debit cardholders get an extra 5,000 points, also capping at 20,000.
- The card and Insider bonuses don’t stack. If you qualify for both, you get whichever single bonus applies to your situation, not both added together.
What Doesn’t Qualify
- Award nights and Points + Cash bookings.
- Third-party bookings (OTAs, wholesalers).
- Caesars-branded properties, vacation club resorts, and vacation rentals.
- Super 8 locations in Mainland China.
Example of Earnings
Say you’re a regular member (no Insider status, no Premier card) with three qualifying stays during the promo window, each earning 1,500 base points. Normally that’s 4,500 points total. With the 4x multiplier, each stay earns 6,000 points instead (1,500 base plus 4,500 bonus), for 18,000 points across the three stays. Since the bonus portion is capped at 15,000, you’d actually collect 4,500 base points plus 13,500 in bonus points, totaling 18,000, with the bonus maxed out just short of a fourth stay’s worth. Add Wyndham Rewards Earner Premier card status to the same scenario, and the cap rises to 25,000, meaning all three stays’ bonuses come through in full with room to spare.
Is This Offer Worth Registering For?
Yes, with no real downside. Registration is free, it doesn’t require a minimum number of stays to activate (unlike the Insider and card bonuses, which do), and it stacks on top of whatever else you’re already earning. Under Wyndham’s current four-tier award chart, a maxed-out 15,000-point bonus alone covers a full night at the lowest redemption tier three times over, or a single night at the second tier, on top of whatever base points the stays themselves already earned. If you have Wyndham stays already planned in this window, there’s no reason not to register.
This makes the most sense for travelers who already have multiple Wyndham stays booked between now and mid-January, especially cardholders who can push the cap to 20,000 or 25,000 for the same stays. It’s not a reason to book trips you weren’t already planning.
