JetBlue is making some cool changes to its TrueBlue program in 2026 (official press release here). From February 1, 2026, if you’re a higher-level Mosaic member, you’ll get even more bonus points when you book flights directly with JetBlue. Also, your Mosaic perks will be good through January 31 each year, which is one month longer than before. They’re also adding a Family Tiles thing where kids’ tiles (if they’re 12 or under) can help adults in their group get status. Plus, Mosaic 4 members will get four Move to Mint certificates and free entry to JetBlue’s new BlueHouse lounge at JFK.
What JetBlue Announced (Official)
Your Mosaic status is now good through January 31st. That means you get an extra month of Mosaic perks each year. Just remember, you still need to hit your spending goals by December 31st to qualify.
Also, JetBlue is introducing Family Tiles, a first for airlines in the U.S.! Starting February 1, 2026, kids ages 12 and under can put their earned tiles toward a listed adult’s Mosaic status and benefits. You’ll be able to manage all this through your TrueBlue account’s family settings.
Here’s a breakdown of better Mosaic bonus points when you book straight from JetBlue:
- Mosaic 4: You’ll get +5 bonus points per dollar (that’s 11 bonus points per dollar total!).
- Mosaic 3: You’ll get +4 bonus points per dollar (that’s 10 bonus points per dollar total!).
- Mosaic 1–2: You’ll still get +3 bonus points per dollar (so no change there).
And Mosaic 4 members get even more: You’ll get two more Move to Mint certificates (so four total), plus free access to the BlueHouse lounge at JFK. For a quick rundown of the 2026 changes, check out JetBlue’s customer page titled On the Horizon for 2026.

Family Tiles: Why It Matters
Beginning Feb 1, 2026, the spend/tiles generated by kids 12 and under can help the linked adult earn Mosaic faster—especially useful for families who routinely book multiple seats on the same itinerary. JetBlue bills it as a first-of-its-kind family accelerator among U.S. airlines. Expect setup/eligibility to live inside your TrueBlue profile.
Travel media view Family Tiles as one of the most impactful changes for households, alongside the higher earn for Mosaic 3/4.
Mosaic 4: Lounge Access and More Move to Mint
JetBlue’s BlueHouse lounge launched at JFK T5 in Dec 2025 with a design-forward, de-crowded model. Mosaic 4 receives complimentary entry (guesting rules apply), and from Feb 2026 the tier gets four annual Move to Mint certificates (up from two)—a meaningful boost for premium flyers.
Qualification Basics (Tiles & Tiers)
TrueBlue uses Tiles for elite progress. Current public guidance: Mosaic 1 = 50 tiles; Mosaic 2 = 100; Mosaic 3 = 150; Mosaic 4 = 250 (tile earning rules and credit-card tile accrual remain unchanged for 2026 unless JetBlue updates these pages).

Bottom Line
JetBlue’s update in 2026 really puts the focus on Mosaic 3 and 4. The better direct-booking bonuses (we’re talking +4/+5 bonus points per dollar), those four Move to Mint certificates (for M4 members), and BlueHouse lounge access make it worth it for serious JetBlue flyers. Extending the status year through January 31 makes planning simpler, and Family Tiles (starting Feb 1, 2026) is a cool perk that assists families to reach higher tiers quicker.
If you’re almost at Mosaic 3 or 4, it might be smart to try for it. Book directly to get more, figure out where those Mint certificates will save you the most money, and get Family Tiles set up so your kids’ flights assist you get status faster. If Mosaic 1/2 is good for you, and you don’t care about lounge access or Mint upgrades, these changes are okay, but not something to stress about.
Main takeaway: the most benefits go to frequent JetBlue travelers who appreciate fancier experiences on the ground and in the air, and who book directly. These travelers will gain the most in 2026. If you only fly sometimes, focus on getting cheap fares; think of the extra bonus points and Family Tiles as a bonus.
