Hilton launched a new Stay More, Earn More promotion for 2026, and the biggest thing to know is that it does not look like a rich, blockbuster offer. This is a special promotion available only to selected participants. This promo offers up to 15,000 bonus Hilton Honors points, requires registration by December 31, 2026, and gives members six (6) months from registration to complete eligible stays.

That framing matters, because Hilton’s recent promotions have generally been simple, low-friction, but not especially generous. For example, Hilton’s Q1 2026 global promo gave members 2,000 bonus points per stay through April 30, while Hilton’s late-2025 Stay More, Earn More offers were 1,500 and then 2,500 bonus points per stay. In other words, Hilton has been leaning into easy-to-understand but fairly modest promos for a while now, and this new offer fits that pattern.

How This Promo Appears to Work

Here’s how this offer works:

  • register for the promotion by December 31, 2026
  • complete eligible stays within six months of registration
  • earn up to 15,000 bonus Hilton Honors points
  • bonus for completing up to five stays
  • you can combine this bonus opportunity with any other targeted or global
  • bonus points do not count toward qualifying for the elite level.

An eligible stay is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at a single hotel.

Stay 1: 1,000 bonus points

Stay 2: 2,000 bonus points (cumulative bonus – 3,000 points)

Stay 3: 3,000 bonus points (cumulative bonus – 6,000 points)

Stay 4: 4,000 bonus points (cumulative bonus – 10,000 points)

Stay 5: 5,000 bonus points (cumulative bonus – 15,000 points).

Is It a Good Offer?

It is fine, but not exciting.

This new promo at least raises the total possible upside to 15,000 points, but it still looks more like a light nudge than a truly compelling reason to mattress-run or redirect premium stays.

If you already have a few Hilton stays planned over the next several months, this is worth registering for. If you do not, this is probably not strong enough to justify changing your travel plans on its own.

This promotion is best for:

  • Hilton members who already expect to complete multiple short stays
  • travelers who can naturally fit several stays into a six-month window
  • and anyone who treats Hilton promos as incremental value, not the main reason to book.

It is less compelling for:

  • travelers planning one long stay instead of several shorter ones
  • people choosing between chains based on promo generosity
  • and anyone expecting a major points haul from routine business travel.

How This Compares With Recent Hilton Promos

In context, Hilton’s recent promo pattern has looked like this:

  • January 15–April 30, 2026: 2,000 bonus points per stay, no cap on total bonus points.
  • Late 2025: Stay More, Earn More promos worth 1,500 and later 2,500 bonus points per stay
  • Current 2026 version: up to 15,000 bonus points, apparently over multiple stays within six months of registration.

That means the new offer is not wildly out of line with what Hilton has been doing. It is just structured differently: less of an uncapped “every stay earns a little extra” model, and more of a “complete enough stays and hit a capped total” model.
