Most frequent flyers are familiar with United’s published elite tiers: Premier Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Premier 1K. But above all of them sits a mysterious invitation-only level known as United Global Services.

Global Services is the highest elite status United Airlines offers. It is reserved for the airline’s most valuable customers and provides benefits that go far beyond those available to Premier 1K members. Members receive top priority for upgrades, rebooking during disruptions, airport assistance, customer service, and many other perks designed to make travel as seamless as possible.
