Holiday Inn & Suites Rayong City Centre – Business hotel
The cons: Very disappointing experience.
Aircon was not working properly, the room felt like a fridge. Technician tried to fix it but had no real luck, at 3am we didnt want to change rooms.
The room was a bit smelly/humid as well.
Pro: nice overall facilities, good gym, location ok ( shopping center walkable ). Nice views.

Good breakfast.
Booked 3 nights initially but checked out after first night and switched to a local boutique hotel which was way better to get sleep.
