A Royal Experience at Intercontinental Singapore: Review

I had a recent stay at the Intercontinental Singapore which I’ve not stayed at for quite a few years. I had planned to be there in 2020 but Covid put a stop to that.

I spent 5 days here and the service was brilliant. I booked a heritage suite and was upgraded to a Royal suite.

I’m a Royal ambassador and got all the benefits even got a bottle of champagne for the manager. I had been in touch with the hotel and did end up rebooking several times as the hotel was part of the government quarantine system so I had a good connection with the hotel.

It was a very good stay and can’t fault the service. The Club floor was perfect. Every time I was greeted by name and a smile. The staff even knew I liked a martini after my first visit and my glass was never empty every time I visited. I had dinner at the latest new restaurant which was very memorable for all the right reasons. Even got to meet the chef who came and said hello and chatted about the plans for the restaurant.

Throughout the stay, I felt very well looked after, and seemed nothing was too much trouble
