The offer is designed for elite members of Silver, Gold, Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador Elite levels, who get the opportunity to earn an additional bonus of 40,000 points for stays of two nights or more at Homes & Villas hotels.

Eligibility and Registration
The promotion is reserved exclusively for Marriott Bonvoy Elite members across various tiers from Silver to Ambassador. Eligibility requires members to first register for the promotion before making a booking.
It is critical for members to register their Marriott Bonvoy accounts via the designated registration link to participate.
Booking Window and Stay Period
Members must book their 2+ night stays between May 5, 2025, and May 11, 2025, through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy (HVMB) platform.
The eligible stay period extends from June 1, 2025, through January 4, 2026, requiring a minimum of two consecutive nights at the same property.
Financial Considerations
A noteworthy detail is the minimum spend requirement of $1,500 USD or its equivalent in foreign currency for the stay to qualify for the bonus points.
Payment for accommodation must be made in cash or by credit card.
Points Earning and Restrictions
Earning Structure
For every eligible stay, members earn five base points per U.S. dollar spent, along with the promotional 40,000 bonus points. These bonus points are in addition to any base and Elite status points earned during the stay. It’s important to note that certain charges, such as taxes, fees, and additional services, do not qualify for point accumulation.

Exclusions
The offer does not apply to Marriott-branded hotels, residences, Marriott Executive Apartments, or bookings made through third-party retailers.
Furthermore, award redemption stays and members opting to earn miles instead of points are excluded from this promotion.
Point Allocation
Points from the promotion will be credited to the member’s account within three to six weeks following the completion of their stay.
Conclusion
Many Homes & Villas properties are available on different platforms. Compare prices and book the one that makes the most sense given the bonuses you’ve earned. Since this offer of 4000 extra bonus points, on top of earning base points, is available from 2 nights with a price starting at $1500, it doesn’t make sense to stretch your stay over a longer period than 2 days, but rather to make several separate stays during the desired period and earn bonuses for each of them.
