Hyatt welcomes its collection of Dream Hotels into the World of Hyatt program by enticing its loyalty members to stay and earn up to 10,000 bonus points. After acquiring the Dream Hotels Group, Hyatt members now have a new way to experience luxury and lifestyle accommodations in premier destinations like New York, Nashville, and Miami.

Starting July 6 until September 15, members will earn 1,000 bonus points per eligible night at participating Dream Hotels.

Earn Bonus Points at Nearly 30 Participating Dreams Hotels

Hyatt acquired the Dream Hotels Group in February 2023 to incorporate into its World of Hyatt program. Dream Hotels properties are inspired by lifestyle, offering guests stylish and upscale accommodations while exploring top cities in the US and other global properties opening soon.

Here’s a list of all participating Dreams Hotels to earn bonus points for your stay during this promotional period:

  • Dream Midtown New York – Hotel Category 6
  • Dream Hollywood, California – Hotel Category 6
  • Dream Nashville, Tennessee – Hotel Category 6
  • Dream South Beach – Hotel Category 5
  • Dream Downtown, New York – Hotel Category 6

These hotels are perfect for city-dwellers with their own unique styles. For example, Dream Midtown transforms a historic 19th century Beaux-Arts building into a luxurious stay in the heart of Manhattan with an onsite Italian restaurant and rooftop nightlife. Or the Dream South Beach location inspired by Art Deco with the iconic Miami South Beach only steps away from the hotel.

Members can book their stay with cash, Points + Cash, or redeem points for an award stay and still qualify for the bonus. Earning bonus points for an award stay is equivalent to getting 1,000 points off your stay. Alternatively, finding a good deal on a nightly rate is a great way to add up the World of Hyatt points for later rewards.

Each of these hotels fall within Category 5 or 6 on the Hyatt Reward Night Chart, so you can expect to redeem 17,000-21,000 points per night during off-peak nights or upwards of 23,000-29,000 points per night during the peak season. For price comparison, a night stay at Dream Midtown (Category 6) starts at $118 per night and Dream South Beach (Category 5) at $177 per night. With World of Hyatt points valued at approximately 1.5 cents per point, using cash gives the most value for your stay and you can save the bonus points for use later on another reward stay.

Book your stay using these credit cards to get even more points and perks during your stay:

  1. Register for the bonus points promotion at www.hyatt.com/dream1k with your World of Hyatt Membership #
  2. Book a stay at participating Dreams hotels. Click here to see a list of hotels.

Registration is open until August 15, 2023, and only nights booked within the promotional period until September 15, 2023, are eligible for the bonus. Members can earn 1,000 points on a maximum of 10 nights for a total of 10,000 bonus points. The bonus points are awarded by eligible nights—so you can stay all 10 nights at the same property (consecutive or different stays) and qualify for the bonus.

Final Thoughts

Dream Hotels Group is the latest addition to the World of Hyatt program for members to enjoy benefits during their stays at select properties. Members can earn 1,000 points per stay (up to 10,000 points) from now until September 15. Make sure to register before booking to be eligible for the bonus. While there are only five resorts eligible for the reward bonuses, The Dream Hotels Group has several more resort locations being added soon to the World of Hyatt program in domestic locations like Atlanta, Las Vegas, and San Antonio. Also internationally in Doha, Qatar and Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico.

As for the rewards, reaching the 10,000 bonus point cap can result in free stays at any Hyatt property. It’s enough points to redeem for stays at any time in Category 1-2 hotels and off-peak times in Category 3 hotels.
