IHG One Rewards Members Can Now Earn PAYBACK °Points for Stays in Germany

As part of the IHG and PAYBACK partnership program, you can now earn 1 PAYBACK °Point in Germany for every 2 euros spent at all IHG hotels participating in the IHG One Rewards program, IHG Army hotels, and IHG Residences.
You can redeem PAYBACK °Points for discounts, merchandise, gift certificates, gift cards, and much more.
How to Start Earning PAYBACK °Points
To start earning, you need to:
- Be an IHG One Rewards member and be registered with PAYBACK as well.
- In your IHG One Rewards account settings, change your earning preferences to PAYBACK °Points.
- Within 5 days of booking, participants who have set their PAYBACK earnings preferences will see the approximate number of reserved °Points displayed in their PAYBACK account
- Unlocked °Points will be added to the participant’s PAYBACK account within 5 days of the departure date
Check your PAYBACK Points balance on the “My Account” page. PAYBACK points expire 3 years after they are earned if they are not used.
If you don’t particularly value IHG points and don’t plan to use them for hotel stays, you can earn PAYBACK °Points in Germany. Important note: PAYBACK °Points cannot be redeemed for IHG points or used for stays at IHG hotels. Don’t forget to change your reward settings.
