Marriott quietly rolled out a new search filter that shows only hotels with an elite-access club lounge. It lives in the “All Filters” panel on Marriott.com and narrows results to properties that advertise lounge access for qualifying elites (think M Club and executive lounges).
On Marriott’s help page, the brand now spells it out: search your destination and dates, click All Filters, and toggle Elite Member Lounge to view participating hotels. That’s the official path—and it’s the easiest way to avoid brands or hotels where elites typically don’t get lounge access.
A couple of notes from early testers: the filter currently works on the website; some report it hasn’t fully landed in the app yet. And like any database-driven feature, accuracy depends on each hotel keeping its info current, so double-check hours or closure notices on the property page (or by calling the hotel) before you rely on breakfast and evening service.

If you’re Platinum, Titanium, or Ambassador, lounge access is a big part of the value equation—breakfast, snacks, work space, and often evening hors d’oeuvres that can replace a meal. Being able to filter for lounge properties turns a 20-minute “click and hope” hunt into a 20-second scan. For newer Bonvoy members, it also makes it clearer which hotels actually offer the perk.
Bottom line
The Elite Member Lounge filter is a small tweak that saves time and guesswork—and makes elite benefits easier to actually use. Start your search on Marriott.com, hit All Filters → Elite Member Lounge, and then confirm lounge hours on the hotel’s page before you book.
